30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU law. This is in addition to our 30-day policy.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to return

Email support@worthlist.store with your order number before returning anything, and we’ll send instructions.

Return shipping

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or you provide proof of return/withdrawal), we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions

For hygiene, health, intimate or personalized items, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by law.
